Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the gbabjee website at gbabjee.net, creating an account, logging into an existing account, or placing any bet or wager through the gbabjee platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the account holder) and gbabjee (the platform operator).

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately stop using the gbabjee platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. gbabjee reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; the effective date published at the top of this page will be updated accordingly, and registered members will be notified of material changes via the email address associated with their account.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

The gbabjee platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain an active account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and for the entire duration that your account remains active. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of any other local legal threshold.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming and sports betting activities are not explicitly prohibited by applicable law at the time of play. gbabjee primarily targets players residing in Bangladesh.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated may not hold an account.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on any other gaming platform or have voluntarily self-excluded from gbabjee at any time. Attempting to register during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active gbabjee account. Duplicate registrations are prohibited without exception.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of gbabjee services, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. You are responsible for ensuring that all information on your account remains up to date throughout its lifetime.

gbabjee applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus activations are processed:

1. Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
2. Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months showing your residential address.
3. Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for transactions, demonstrating ownership by the account holder.
4. Source of Funds: Documentation confirming the legitimate origin of funds deposited, where the total deposit history exceeds a threshold set by gbabjee's compliance team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gbabjee username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. gbabjee will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. gbabjee accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

gbabjee supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfers via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳).

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the gbabjee platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be rejected and the amount returned to your account balance.
• Own-Name Payments Only: Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits — including payments from family members — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• Processing Times: bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited within minutes. Withdrawal processing times depend on the method selected: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours; bank transfers within 1–3 business days.
• Currency: All balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in BDT (৳). gbabjee does not currently support multi-currency wallets. Any international card transaction will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate applied by your card issuer.
• Withdrawal Method Matching: Wherever technically possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering procedure.
• Unverified Accounts: Withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be held pending the submission and review of required documentation. gbabjee is not liable for withdrawal delays resulting from an account holder's failure to complete verification.

gbabjee reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction that triggers internal risk thresholds. During such reviews, the relevant transaction or withdrawal may be temporarily held. The account holder will be notified via the email on their account and given the opportunity to provide supporting documentation.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

gbabjee offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members, including welcome deposit bonuses, cricket free bets, casino cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

The following general bonus rules apply across all gbabjee promotions unless the individual promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
2. Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the moment they are credited to your account. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain unconverted at the end of the expiry period will be automatically removed from your account balance without notice.
3. Game Contribution Rates: Not all game categories contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked; live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms. Bets on games that are excluded from a promotion contribute 0%.
4. One Bonus Per Household: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method is eligible for any given promotional offer. gbabjee will void duplicate bonus claims detected through these signals.
5. Bonus Abuse: Low-risk betting strategies, arbitrage betting, or any systematic approach designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine risk of loss constitute bonus abuse. gbabjee reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where abuse is identified.
6. Right to Withdraw Promotions: gbabjee may modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Members who have already opted into a promotion at the time of withdrawal will have their existing bonus funds and applicable wagering requirements honoured under the original promotion terms.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the gbabjee platform are governed by the specific market rules applicable to the relevant sport and bet type. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing a bet. The general betting rules below apply across all sportsbook markets on gbabjee:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a written bet confirmation with a unique bet reference number. If no confirmation is received, the bet should be considered void and no funds will be deducted from your balance.
• Odds Changes: Odds on all markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to change at any time before bet placement is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment your bet confirmation is issued are the odds that apply to your stake.
• Abandoned Events: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant governing body (such as the ICC for cricket or FIFA for football), all bets on that event will be settled as void and stakes returned to members' account balances.
• Live Betting: Live in-play betting is subject to brief suspension periods during critical match moments (e.g., during a wicket in cricket, a goal in football). gbabjee accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed during a temporary suspension of a live market.
• Maximum Payout: gbabjee applies maximum payout limits per event and per account. The applicable limit will be displayed within the relevant market. Winnings exceeding the maximum payout threshold will be capped at the stated limit.
• Obvious Errors: gbabjee reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or human data-entry mistake, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Members will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.

For casino games, all titles on the gbabjee platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for RNG games, or operate through live studio feeds from accredited providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the individual game's information panel. Casino game outcomes are final once a round is completed and cannot be reversed on request.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the gbabjee platform. Any member found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balances withheld or forfeited, and may be reported to relevant financial or legal authorities where applicable:

1. Underage Gambling: Attempting to access, register for, or use the gbabjee platform when under the age of 18 is prohibited. Any individual who assists a minor in accessing the platform also commits a violation of these Terms.
2. Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one gbabjee account, whether under your own name or under an alias, is prohibited. This includes circumventing a closure by re-registering under a different email address or payment method.
3. Fraudulent Deposits: Depositing funds using stolen payment credentials, compromised bKash or Nagad accounts, fraudulent bank transfers, or any method that constitutes financial fraud under Bangladeshi law is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement.
4. Money Laundering: Using the gbabjee platform to layer, place, or integrate proceeds of crime constitutes money laundering. gbabjee applies anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into suspected laundering activity.
5. Collusion and Match Fixing: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, or placing bets in connection with a known or suspected match-fixing arrangement in any sport, is prohibited and constitutes a serious criminal offence.
6. Hacking and Technical Exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to gbabjee's systems, databases, or any other player's account; introducing malicious code; exploiting software vulnerabilities; or using bots, automated betting software, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform without express written authorisation from gbabjee.
7. Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications toward gbabjee staff or other members via live chat, email, or any other channel. gbabjee reserves the right to immediately close accounts of members who engage in such behaviour.
8. Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent communication with gbabjee's support or compliance teams.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

gbabjee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a member has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity or security of the platform.

Where an account is closed by gbabjee due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld in full pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach — particularly in cases involving fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct — gbabjee reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the balance in the account.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the gbabjee support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure (net of any bonus funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements) will be refunded via the member's primary payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
